PaySafe sought to empower female employees as part of their Women@Paysafe initiative, with a focus on leadership and career progression in the corporate environment (2023-2025).
Workshops & Trainings
We designed and delivered strategic training sessions aimed at fostering career growth, focusing on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and goal setting beyond the cliches. The content was tailored to PaySafe’s work culture and the specific needs of women at various stages of their careers.
Over 70 participants in 4 dedicated workshops gained tools for career advancement, with many reporting increased confidence in their leadership abilities and clarity on the path ahead.
Participants shared that they applied the strategies learned in their careers, leading to real-world career progression and enhanced internal communication.
The internal feedback was very positive, with over 90% of participants enjoying the sessions and finding them impactful.
